The class meets weekly for eight sessions every Thursday (March 8 - April 26) from 1:30 - 3:00 pm. Brain health is no longer thought of as strictly genetic and fixed at birth. Rather, some researchers believe that up to two thirds of your risk for dementia is determined by other factors, many of which you can control.
In this eight-session class, you will learn strategies to keep your brain healthy as you age. This series offers a unique approach that demonstrates that our brains can be healthier with changes made in our physical, nutritional, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and social activities.
What you learn can help you remember things better, be more organized, pay closer attention, lessen your stress, and reduce your risk of dementia.
