Topic for April 16 Discussion: Getting Comfortable in Your Own Skin–Becoming Interdependent

Questions to consider:

  • What brings you comfort today?
  • Have you become more ‘comfortable in your own skin’ as you have aged? How so?
  • Can you share a moment when you relied on comfort or acceptance of self to support you or others through a difficult time?
  • What does the term ‘interdependent’ mean to you? How are we as humans interconnected with other humans, plants, water...what else?

The Online Age Café is a forum for sharing feelings in a safe and comfortable environment about topics pertaining to seniors.

ALL ARE WELCOME!
