Online Total Body Aerobic Home Workout
1st and 3rd Thursday mornings each month
Led by certified instructor Richard Chew, this 45 minute exercise class features a warmup session, low impact aerobics, weight training using hand weights or body weight, cool down, and stretching.
It's recommended that you:
1) Wear comfortable workout clothes
2) Check with your primary care provider regarding moderate aerobic exercise
