Calendar - Event View

Meet at 9:00 am. at the Viewing Deck at the west end of the lake nearest the SW Foothill Ave./SW Dellwood Ave. entrance (next to 13005 SW Foothill Drive). My Audubon contact says early May is the time to see the most baby ducks.  There are picnic tables, a play structure, and an ADA accessible restroom at the far west end of the lake. The .8 mile walk around the lake is on a newly paved 5 foot wide, nearly flat path that has worked for our wheelchair using friends in the past. If you want to walk less, you can stay at the deck or use one of the many benches along the trail. There are two other entrances but the Foothill/Dellwood entrance is the flat, more accessible one.
