Using the Harvard Medical School Guide to Tai Chi protocol, this class covers 5 basic movements that are easy to learn and can be practiced at home. The movements are taken from Professor Cheng Man-Ch’ing's Yang style Tai Chi, featuring slow, controlled, and relaxed form.
Led by Richard Chew, an American Council on Exercise certified instructor with many years of experience teaching Tai Chi and other exercise classes
