An annual membership can connect you to others in your community, simplify your life,

   Types of Membership    

Associate Membership

Includes all events and programs, access to a list of screened professionals
and community resources, two introductory volunteer services, and the option of requesting a temporary six-week upgrade to full-service status in case of an emergency at no extra cost.

Full Service Membership

Includes all services and programs the Village offers: social and educational programs, volunteer services, access to a list of screened professionals and community resources.


Membership Fees and More


Membership fee assistance may be available based on
qualification and availability of Viva Village funds.


   Membership Application    

If you would like to become a member, contact us in any of these ways:


1. Contact the office at 503-746-5082 or vivavillageor@gmail.com.

2. Click on Membership Form to fill out and submit a form online.

3. Download and print a Membership Request Form.
    Mail the completed form to the address below.

4. Stop by the office during office hours. 
    You can talk to the office volunteer, and fill out a form in person.

Someone from the Membership Team will contact you to schedule a time to meet with you in your home to talk about Viva Village and get to know you.

Together you will explore how membership would be helpful to you and discuss the next simple steps in the becoming a member.
