** Help members identify and plan for important life decisions they might face
** Develop plans and strategies before the unforeseen strikes

Deep dive into health and end-of-life scenarios
—Confidence in what the Advance Directive is and participant’s ability to complete it
—Identify the three most important things people should know about your end-of-life plans
—Schedule initial conversations
