Self-compassion is often confused with selfishness or self-centeredness. This coming year we will explore how self-compassion expands our sense of self-worth and enhances how we value others. Mindful Meditation Overview for 2026.
February 23 through March 30 — Kindness
We will continue to look at kindness and how it brings love and compassion to our lives, and, by cultivating the intention of kindness, alter the lens through which we see the world.
