Self-Compassion: The Power of Being Kind to Yourself

This class is about learning to be as kind to ourselves as we would to a friend. We learn how to stop judging and evaluating ourselves as either “good” or “bad.” We will discover that being self-compassionate can help us thrive and be happy.
