The New Volunteer Buddy program matches a new volunteer with a more experienced volunteer for the 3-month period following their training. We've found that this helps the new volunteer feel more oriented to and engaged with the Village.
Open to both new and experienced buddies, this orientation can help you feel more confident in the role.
