The Experience of Impermanence

Mindfulness is being present in the moment so we can experience the joys and sorrow, the successes and failures, and the disappointments and reliefs from our expectations.
Sitting practice of meditation gives us time to be present with a gentle attitude for the thoughts, the body sensations, and the breath.
Come sit with your Viva Village community. Through these 6 weeks, we will focus on practices that help us understand the Experience of Impermanence.
