Focusing on Self-Compassion 

Self-compassion is often confused with selfishness or self-centeredness. This coming year we will explore how self-compassion expands our sense of self-worth and enhances how we value others. Mindful Meditation Overview for 2026.

January 12–February 16 — Kindness

We will explore what kindness is, what the obstacles might keep us from expressing it, and how we show kindness towards ourselves and others.
