Martha McJacobs has planned 5 series of classes throughout 2023 to study from the book Make Peace with Your Mind: How Mindfulness and Compassion Can Free You from Your Inner Critic by Mark Coleman.
This first series of 8 sessions runs from January 9 through February 27. The focus is: An Overview of the Inner Critic. Subsequent series will each have a different focus.
