December theme: Asking for Help/Self-care

“Asking for help is an affirmation that you believe in yourself, you recognize an answer is available, and you are open to receive it.”
– Alan Cohen

  1. Is asking for help hard for you? What stops you from asking for help or accepting help?
  2. When was the last time you asked for help or the last time someone offered to help you? What happened?
  3. Do you feel like your ideas about asking for help have changed over time? What would you tell your younger self about asking for help?

Registration optional is available a month ahead.
